Skin Care While In The Outdoors

Skin Care is very integral in surviving the outdoors. We may not realize it but as we age and as we get more active, we definitely are exposed to the harsh elements of environment. Skin Care has been neglected by most of us who love the outdoors, since most of us wanted to feel and experience what Mother Nature can offer, but despite all of these, we should be able to know when to get to the shade or bask in the warmth of the sunlight. Here are some of the skin care tips that I can impart as someone

Foodie Trails in Cebu: Sustainable Dining at The Cove in Bluewater Maribago

Foodie Trails in Cebu: Sustainable Dining at The Cove in Bluewater Maribago

Sustainable Dining is a topic for discussion nowadays. People are being conscious on what they consume and where these foods are sourced. For most people, being able to know how the food is being sourced adds a feeling of familiarity and grounding. It adds a feeling that they are able to connect to nature and able to be responsible in their choices. I could recall having a struggle fixing my hair when I was still a nursing student back in college. IT was more than hell to make my curly locks be tamed and follow my brushed up styling that would end up in a tight bun. When I graduated from college and started working, I had my curly locks straightened out just for the fad. Later on I realized that my hair lacks the luster it

Kuta Bungliw: Sustainability At Work

Kuta Bungliw: Sustainability At Work

In a place in between Daraitan and Genenal Nakar, stood an unspoiled hidden fortress that housed a sustainable eco sanctuary. It is quiet an effort to reach the place owned by my good friend and kumare, Jacquiline Go-Laruan and her partner, Ronald “Onad” Avenilla. The decision to visit Kuta Bungliw at Daraitan was one year in the making. I had my reasons why I just dilly-dallied my visit. Priorities, #adultingislife, messed up priorities and the like hindered my visit to this hideaway, not to mention inflated plane fares, movement on work areas and jobs, blogger events and the like.
